Objects (Ceramic Work)If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at [your email address].
Eligible ReturnsApproved returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused
- The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received
- The item is securely packaged for return
Once approved and received, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the item only. Original shipping costs and return postage are non-refundable.
ExclusionsThe following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Private commissions
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
Due to the handmade nature of ceramic work, natural variations in form, glaze, and texture are expected and are not considered defects.
Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, please email [your email address] within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and respond as soon as possible. If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered when applicable.
Workshops & ClassesAll workshops and classes are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time via our
contact form.
In the event that a workshop is canceled by Studio Clay, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
